Beyond ‘Telling Off’ Talking with Your Kids in Tricky times

A workshop presented by Jo Lange

Often parents find themselves disciplining children, over and over again, with no real change in their child’s challenging behaviour. This presentation focuses on the essential communication skills parents need to effectively deal with negative behaviour when it occurs

In a calm and instructive way, effective discipline guides and teaches children, increasing their understanding and responsibility in making better behaviour choices.
