Scholarship Information

Applications for the Academic, General Excellence and Music Scholarships are now open. Please refer to the articles below for additional information including closing dates for each available scholarship.

Gippsland Grammar is an Anglican co-educational day and boarding school catering for the needs of children from ELC to Year 12. We offer a broad academic education, a wide co-curricular program and have achieved outstanding success in the VCE years.

Gippsland Grammar offers a number of scholarships in different categories, providing part remission for tuition fees.

All scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Principal and are subject to an annual review. The year levels offered and number of scholarships awarded each year is dependent upon the quality of the applicants and the availability of places.

Registrations will open in July 2020 for the Junior School Entry Scholarship for entry into Years 3, 4, 5 or 6 in 2021.

Music Scholarships

The School will award scholarships to students who demonstrate strong muscial potential. Students sitting for the Music Scholarship are not required to sit for the ACER scholarship examination; however, they are welcome to do so if they wish. A Music Scholarship application form must be completed by the candidate applying for the Music Scholarship. Music Scholars are expected to select classroom music through to the conclusion of Year 10. It is strongly recommended they select VCE Music Performance at VCE year levels.
